Justin Zoradi is the founder of These Numbers Have Faces, a social enterprise investing in the next generation of African leaders. After ten years of running the organization, Justin successfully transitioned and is now the President of GivingFuel, an innovative fundraising platform empowering thousands of organizations worldwide. He's the author of two books, Made For These Times and Doing Work That Matters. He holds a BA in communication studies from Westmont College and an MA in international conflict resolution from Portland State University. An obsessive soccer fan and weekend landscaper, Justin lives with his family in Portland, Oregon.

Paul W. Smith was an on-staff editor for Gospel Publishing House for over thirty years before retiring April 1, 2018. During this tenure, he worked on Adult Sunday school curriculum, books, magazine articles, letters, and other publications that were produced by the General Council of the Assemblies of God. Still an ordained minister, he serves as ministry leader for a Celebrate Recovery chapter in Republic, Missouri. He keeps busy doing freelance editing and page layout, and trying to downsize a lifetime of memorabilia and books.

It's about understanding the practical application of the things we know or hold to be true. In short, it's doing theology! The Reverend Dr Emma Ineson is Bishop of Penrith. She was formerly Principal of Trinity College, Bristol, where she taught practical theology and spirituality, and Chaplain at the Lee Abbey community. These roles have helped her understand and appreciate the breadth and depth of the Church and, being married to a vicar, she has seen first-hand both the joys and challenges of parish ministry on the ground.

Don Everts is the content development manager in the Global Ministries division for Lutheran Hour Ministries. A poet and preacher at heart, Don speaks at conferences and churches across the country inviting skeptics and believers alike to gaze at Jesus and be thrilled. Don spent the last 10 years working in the local church and the 14 years before that working on college campuses with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Whether in the church or on campus, Don has walked with non-Christians as they discover the person of Jesus and has worked with Christians in being able to fruitfully do the same in their own relationships.

Dave & Beth Booram are trained spiritual directors who now work to train other spiritual directors. Beth has written several books, including Starting Something New: Spiritual Direction for Your God-given Dream. Dave is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and now continues his private practice in college and career counseling with Direction 4 Life Work. In 2011 they launched Fall Creek Abbey in Indianapolis as a place for individuals to step away from the responsibilities of life and reorient their heart to the loving heart of God.

Jay Kim is a graduate of Fuller Seminary and serves on staff at Vintage Faith Church in Silicon Valley, overseeing leadership and teaching. He and his wife Jenny live in California with their two kids.

Alan Baker is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, OH) and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (Springfield, MO). He's been in ministry for 39 years in the United States and Europe. During those years, he's served as a lead pastor, assistant pastor, missionary, evangelist, professor, college campus pastor and pastoral coach. He's also the author of two books: Those Who Turn Worlds Upside Down, and When the Call Comes – A Funeral Guide for Pastors. In 2014, he launched Journey Pastoral Coaching, a ministry whose mission is helping young ministers build strong for a lifetime of healthy and effective ministry.
